Last Monday I received this message and it said I had two weeks to reply. Today I received the message from another address and it said I have 48 hours to reply. Needless to say I cleaned out my account and sent everything that I need to save to another address. I gave my immediate contacts a back-up address if my mail gets bounced back. Tommorrow I will take it in to be checked or spyware & viruses. The rest of my contacts I will worry about if my Hotmail does crash. Geri

It isn't real. No logo, no way to fill in the form provided. It's a phishing scam, which going by Google threads has gone back as far as 2008, since it was last mentioned. Apparently the scam locks you into a tight net, which is hard to get out of, so it isn't worth the risk replying, especially when they start asking for your "password" - that to me sends alarm bells ringing all over.
